Pricing

Our Pricing is ALL INCLUSIVE. There is no extra setup charges or PMS match charges. Shipping cost is FOB Kelowna BC V1X 5L3 on most items. Some items may also ship factory direct. There is no extra charges for customs duty & clearance to USA if we ship on our Fedex or DHL account.

Sales taxes will apply to orders delivered to Canada

CUSTOM ITEM QUOTES are valid for 30 days, after which the pricing may change slightly.

SELF PROMOTION

20% discount on the order. PO must state "SELF-PROMO". Artwork must have Distributor info only. No other logos.

LESS THAN MINIMUMS

Less than minimum may be available in some items. Please contact us for a quote.

OVERRUNS & UNDERRUNS

Maximum effort is made to ship exact quantity. Overruns maybe printed in some orders, and the distributor will be given a choice to buy them or not.

Lead Time

Our Standard Production Time on most items is 3-5 weeks after artwork & credit approval. Shipping FOB Kelowna BC V1X 5L3 Canada.

Some large volume orders & bulky items may ship factory direct by sea and need minimum 8-10 weeks delivery time. This will be noted in the product description.

Rush Orders

Some items can be done with rush delivery of about 2 weeks. Rush charges may apply. Please contact us to confirm availability & pricing before placing the order.

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation of an order must be made in writing. Any cancellation after the receipt of a purchase order may be subject to the following charges: artwork, setups, work-in progress on any part of a cancelled order that has already been filled up to the date that the written cancellation is received.

Any quantity changes to an order after the time of placing shall be made in writing prior to work commences on filling the order. A decrease in the quantity of an order will be treated as a cancellation of an order for the part of the order that is affected. An increase in the quantity of an order will be treated as a separate order for the amount over and above the amount in the original order, unless written notification of the change is received prior to work commences on filling the original order.

Artwork

SCREEN PRINTED ORDERS: Artwork must be sent in vector format and solid colors (no halftone). Accepted formats: vector AI, EPS or PDF. All text must be converted to curves/outlines. High resolution (300dpi) TIFF or JPG may be acceptable in some occasions.

4 COLOR PROCESS/ CMYK: Same as above or high resolution JPG (300dpi) or PSD files

IMPRINT INFORMATION

We will not bear any responsibility for any information missing on your PO or on your imprint instructions. In order to correctly follow your custom imprint instructions, we require that all pertinent information relating to your 'artwork' or 'logo' be sent TOGETHER as 'one' email.

Imprint colors must be carefully chosen. We recommend that you choose light color inks to be printed onto dark color items, as this provides more contrast. For example, we generally do not recommend a black imprint on a medium/dark blue item.

Vectorizing

If your artwork is not print ready, we can vectorize it for $60.00(G)

PROOF

PDF proof no extra charge. First revision is FREE. For additional revisions we charge $12.00(G) per revision.

Shipping

Shipping cost is FOB Kelowna BC V1X 5L3 Canada. We are not responsible for freight delays after the goods leave our facility.

RANDOM / BLANK SAMPLES

Samples ship from our Kelowna Office. You can provide your UPS, Fedex or DHL account# for shipping. Small samples may also ship at no charge by Canada Post.

PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLE

Pre-production Samples are available for extra charge. Cost depends on the item and imprint method chosen. Any revisions or changes to the original instructions for any speculative samples will incur additional art, screen and sampling charges. These charges are non refundable. Ship dates will be adjusted based on the date of sample approval. Slight variance should be expected between sample proof and actual production due to the nature of different batching, ink, printing, firing and other conditions. Note that the inclusion of a pre-production sample will add to the turnaround time.

Returns

Due do the nature of our business, all orders are custom made to your specifications. No returns are accepted without an authorization.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept the following payment options: VISA, MASTERCARD, American Express, cheque, wire transfer, interac e-transfer in Canada, TransferWise. There is a $20.00 (z) handling fee for all returned cheques.

SHIPPING DAMAGES

Goods must be inspected by the Receiver immediately on the arrival, any any shipping damage must be advised immediately to the delivery person (carrier / trucking company) and noted in writing before signing the POL (Proof of Delivery). Receiver must specify the basis of the claim in detail and show pictures as a proof of all the damages to the Supplier (pictures should be taken while the goods are still on the truck). Failure of the Receiver to comply with these conditions will constitute irrevocable acceptance of the goods by Receiver.

ACCEPTANCE of Goods

The Receiver will have the right to inspect the goods upon receiving in final destination, and within five (5) business days after delivery to the final destination, Receiver must give notice to Supplier of any claim for quality, or grade of the goods, and Receiver must specify the basis of the claim in detail and provide pictures as a proof. Failure of Receiver to comply with these conditions will constitute irrevocable acceptance of the goods by the Receiver.

DISCLAIMER NOTE:

Due to variance in style/color on all items, if exact style/color match is essential, please ask for a sample.

Due to oils, resins, molds, and dye lots used in manufacturing, products could vary in colour, show abrasion marks, dots on the image or scratches. This is considered normal and not a defect.

The artwork, design and trademarks shown in catalog are only examples of the type and quality of imprinted products available and are not intended to represent that the products are either endorsed by or produced for the owners of the artwork, design or trademark.

Product features, style and / or color shade are subject to slight changes.

Ballpoint pens shelf life: 12 months

CARE RECOMMENDATIONS: Travel mugs, sports bottles, as well as some glass products should only be hand washed. These products are not guaranteed to be dishwasher safe.

Force Majeure

Seaford Connection cannot be held responsible for failure to fulfill a delivery commitment as a result of unexpected situations which are beyond our control. Examples of this and not limited to are labour strikes, congestion at ports of entry into Canada, rail congestion, delays caused by congestion in overseas ports throughout Asia, and changes in government acts and regulations. Where we have implemented force majeure we will provide supporting information that has caused this delay.
